Privacy policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Choose Your Era (“we,” “us”) runs chooseyourera.com on Shopify. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you provide it), order details, messages you send us, and device and browsing information collected through cookies. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see your full card number.

How we use it: to process and ship orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve our store, and, if you opt in, send you marketing emails. We may also use it to show you our ads on other websites.

Who we share it with: only companies that help us run the store: Shopify, payment processors, our print and shipping partners, and email and advertising platforms. We may also share information when the law requires it. We don’t sell your information for money. Some advertising may count as “selling” or “sharing” under certain U.S. state laws, and you can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page.

Cookies: we use cookies to run the cart, remember your preferences, and measure traffic and ads. You can block cookies in your browser. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. We don’t respond to other “Do Not Track” signals.

Your rights: depending on where you live (including the EU, UK, and California), you can ask to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. Email support@chooseyourera.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.

Storage: your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. We keep it only as long as needed for orders and for legal and tax purposes.

Children: our store isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Shopify: our store is hosted by Shopify, which also processes your information. See Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Changes: we’ll post any updates here with a new date.
