- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled the next business day
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
Shipping Rates
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier.
Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders (US): typically delivered within 5–10 business days.

International Duties and Taxes

- Choose Your Era is not responsible for delays caused by customs
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- Once an order leaves our warehouse, responsibility lies with the carrier

- For damaged items, email us with photos within 30 days of delivery date, let us know the full details of the fault along with whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
