Order Processing

  • Processing time: 2-5 Business Days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled the next business day
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders (US): typically delivered within 5–10 business days.
  • International Orders: typically delivered within 10–20 business days, subject to customs clearance
    You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way, so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update

International Duties and Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
  • Choose Your Era is not responsible for delays caused by customs

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order leaves our warehouse, responsibility lies with the carrier
  • If your package appears lost, contact us at info@chooseyourera.com — we’ll help initiate a trace with the carrier
  • For damaged items, email us with photos within 30 days of delivery date, let us know the full details of the fault along with whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
