These terms apply when you use chooseyourera.com or buy from Choose Your Era (“we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Eligibility: you must be an adult where you live, or use the site with a parent’s permission.

Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, for example for a pricing error or suspected fraud, and we’ll refund you if we do. Items are printed on demand, so orders can’t be changed or canceled once production starts.

Prices and payment: prices are in USD and may change. Taxes, duties, and shipping are extra unless stated. You confirm you’re authorized to use your payment method.

Product appearance: colors and print placement may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Shipping and refunds: see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Responsibility for the package passes to you once we hand it to the carrier.

Our designs: all designs, text, and images on this site belong to Choose Your Era. Don’t copy or resell them without written permission. Purchases are for personal use.

Prohibited use: don’t use the site for anything illegal, and don’t scrape it or interfere with it.

Disclaimer: the site and products are provided “as is,” to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability: to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order involved.

Shopify: our store runs on Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for purchases made from us.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
