Refund policy

Every Choose Your Era item is made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

We’ll replace or refund your order if it arrived damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item.

Email support@chooseyourera.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.
