Not every battle ends in victory. If your order isn’t what you expected, here’s how to retreat, regroup, and reclaim your spoils.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them — no bloodstains, battle scars, or gym sweat.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email at info@chooseyourera.com.

Once we receive your return, refunds are usually completed within 14 days.
We suggest using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs aren’t covered for change-of-mind returns. - If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method (banks and empires may take additional time to release funds).
Exchanges
If you need a different size, style, or era, request an exchange instead of a refund.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability, even we can’t summon inventory out of thin air.

- We will then raise a returns request and you will have 14 days to return the goods to us.
- All returns must be in their original packaging and unused.
- You’ll be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method — lost scrolls (or packages) can’t be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@chooseyourera.com with your order number and photos.
- Once we approve the return, you’ll have 14 days to send the item back to us in its original packaging and unused condition.
- We’ll send replacements or issue refunds as needed — no questions, no tribunal.
